When an egg is fertilized there is a possibility it may become a human being, however this does not always happen, because for example these eggs may be disposed of through a woman's menstrual cycle. Most miscarriages are due to a chromosomal mixup.

We believe that male power is constructed and maintained through institutional and cultural practices that aim to bolster male superiority through the reinforcement of female inferiority."

What do radfems believe?

Consensual sex cannot be bought, therefore prostitution is rape. Sex work very rarely does not lead to women developing trauma and being abused by their pimps and buyers.

Female sexuality should not be something that is accepted in society as for the entertainment of men. Female sexuality is natural and beautiful and should not be made for the pleasures of random men who see her as nothing more than a piece of meat. There is also always a risk of child porn when porn is legal.

Women should have full access to abortion, birth control, and sterilization.

Capitalism is exploitative.

Radical feminists believe that gender is a harmful construct that has no basis in reality and only ends up harming women as well as men by inflicting gender roles as a way to prove the sex you "identify" as. Radfems believe that the only thing women have in common is our biology. This is often the idea of radical feminism that causes most conflict with the general public due to people misconstruing radical feminists as anti-transgender. This is inaccurate because radfems advocate for cures to gender dysphoria through social change. If men are able to be feminine and women are able to be masculine we may not see so many people feeling pressured to straight up want to be the other sex.
